HES were able to secure pricing for a new ACB from our specialised supplier, however due to manufacturing delays, the wait time was deemed too long.  With time the main consideration, HES thought outside the box and using our extensive catalogue of warehoused spare parts, were able to build a custom piece of equipment to our clients specific requirements.

HES completed the ACB build within 24 hours of agreement, and unit was hot-shot to site within the day. The inoperable ACB was removed from service and sent to the HES Workshop for inspection, testing and repair.

This excellent result meant there was no extended downtime of plant for our client and showcases HES’s capacity for high priority and deadline driven work.
