Transformer Leak Repair

Summary

Client contacted HES with a repair needed for multiple oil leaks on a crucial transformer supplying mains power to a rural township. The works included initial investigation and on the spot repairs of 5 separate leaks on the unit and replacement of the conservator oil level indicator.

Solution

Due to HES having a Transformer Technical Services specialist, we were able to accurately make an assessment on the required repairs and mobilise a team for rectification works.

HES were able to quickly source necessary parts from our specialist supplier. Whilst completing onsite works, HES technicians were able to identify and repair further areas of concern.
