Unique Comprehensive Internal Training

HES identified, a long time ago, the lack of formal training for this sector of the industry so we have developed our own comprehensive internal training program, led and conducted by our business owner, Paul Brown.

Paul, along with our senior HES engineers and technical leaders, ensures we have provided each employee with on-going personal and professional growth and career development opportunities. Our training program is coupled with our skills matrix which enables additional targeted training, for individuals, or implementation of targeted subject areas, for groups, as required.

Purpose Built Training Facility

The development of this training program and skills matrix is enhanced by utilising our purpose-built workshop facility in Wangara. Our facility has been designed to cater for High Voltage and includes specific testing bays and a modern training room for our theory work and some practical examinations. All training is conducted with our very own, state of the art, test equipment. Using our own equipment for training is critical to ensure real-world competency in the field.
