High Energy Service takes safety, environment and quality management very seriously and we are continually investing both time and money into improving standards. Safety in particular is our number one priority at all times and through ongoing in-house training programs we ensure each and every one of our staff members is fully abreast all safety requirements and procedures.

HES believes in leading the industry in best practices, and encourage and endorse employee participation in all aspects of workplace health and safety. As a minimum, High Energy Service ensures that each major technical area is represented by a Workplace Health and Safety Representative.

We strive for the continuous improvement of our HSEQ management systems. As our journey has progressed and our systems matured, we have received and maintained certification through a JAS-ANZ accredited body, following globally recognised standards.

We are fully accredited towards the following globally recognised standards:

ISO 45001 Safety Management Systems;
ISO 14001 Environment Management Systems; and
ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
