Fraser Cullen joined High Energy Service Pty Ltd (HES) in May 2010 and brought more than 20 years’ experience in the manufacture, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of High Voltage Systems to the position. He has worked in a series of major power stations and been closely involved with large projects both within Australia and overseas.
In addition he has more than 10 years’ experience in management and is adept at all areas of planning and organising to co-ordination and control. During his management and technical roles with HES, Fraser has developed an outstanding rapport with clients by using his exceptional communication and organisation skills.
Qualifications and licences include; a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management; A Grade Electrical Fitter and Mechanic Licence, HV Switching Ticket and a Western Power l2 Substation Access Certificate.
