ONSITE CALIBRATIONS & TESTING

Summary

HES mobilised to FMG FFI Facility to perform onsite testing and calibration. Calibrators were setup in FMG’s offices as a temporary calibration lab.

Solution

Calibration of electrical equipment including multimeters, current clamps, thermographic cameras and process instruments was conducted using Fluke 5522A and 5320A calibrators and MetTeam automated calibration software.

Testing and inspection of HV PPE and equipment including insulated gloves, LV rescue kits and arc flash suits was conducted in an isolated area as a temporary HV testing bay.

All meters and PPE were successfully calibration and tested onsite allowing the client to continue operation with minimal disruption.
