Paul is a highly experienced High Voltage Professional with key expertise with Transformers, both in a Manufacturing and Field Environment. His experience in Service Management has led to experience in Engineering, Project Management, and several Maintenance & Condition Monitoring Environments working on Liquid Fill and Dry Type Transformers ranging in size from 10kVA to 600MVA and voltages up to 500kV.
Paul’s diverse range of specialist transformer experience includes: Workshop Repairs; Field Maintenance & Repairs; Manufacturing; Installation & Commissioning; Upgrades & Retrofits such as Bushings; Condition Monitoring incl. DGA interpretation; and Failure Investigations. Paul also has extensive experience in high-end Transformer Testing, Ranging from Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT); Pre-Commissioning Testing at site; Functional Testing of Protective, Supervisory and Control Devices.
