Onsite & Mobile services

 The Mobile Test and Calibration Facility is fully equipped to cover all your onsite calibration and testing needs, reducing the downtime of your equipment, and bringing our lab to you.

 Any failures are automatically adjusted back in tolerance where possible, or flagged for repair/disposal if required.

Minor repairs of test equipment can be carried out onsite or can be returned to our Calibration Lab for any major repairs or servicing requirements.

Our mobile team carry stock of rubber HV PPE, test leads and accessories so failed items can be replaced for new while onsite.

Electrical Calibrations

Electrical calibrations are a core area of our business and performed in accordance with ISO-17025 to manufacturers tolerances.

Our range of electrical calibration services includes low voltage handheld metering, through to high voltage and specialist testing equipment.

The core testing of handheld and portable test equipment calibration is able to be conducted both onsite and through our ISO accredited calibration lab.

High Voltage test systems along with specialist high accuracy calibrations are only available through our calibration lab and specialty high voltage test facility where high accuracy calibration equipment can be maintained.

HV PPE & Equipment Testing

Our HV testing services ensure your HV PPE and safety equipment comply with the relevant standards and are in a serviceable condition. All HV inspection and testing services are in-line with the relevant Australian or International Standard.

Any failures are flagged for repair or disposal with replacement parts and equipment readily available.

Equipment Repairs, Servicing & Sales

Our repairs and servicing department are fully equipped to take care of all of your equipment servicing needs. Partnering with major manufacturers gives us access to a wide range of spares and service information.

Repairs and Servicing include:

• Circuit board repairs to component level
• Control board replacements
• Screen repairs or replacement
• Lead and accessories repairs – plug and clamp replacements
• Adjustments to manufacturer specifications

Maintenance Services and Adjustments:

• Service of electrical equipment and accessories including contaminant removal and cleaning of contacts and connections.
• Adjustment of ‘out of tolerance’ following failed calibration or repairs.

Mechanical, Pressure & Temperature Calibrations

 Mechanical, Pressure and Temperature calibrations is a service performed in accordance with ISO-17025 to manufacturers tolerances.

Our M.P.T. calibration services includes a wide range of handheld mechanical, pressure and temperature/humidity source, measurement and calibration equipment..

The core testing and calibration of handheld and portable M.P.T.  equipment is able to be conducted both onsite and through our ISO accredited calibration lab.

Specialist high accuracy calibrations are only available through our calibration lab as these require the use of high accuracy calibrator, sources and/or measurement equipment as well as higher standard of control that is not able to be achieved in the field.
