HV MAINTENANCE AND MITIGATION

Summary

In response to a previously conducted Arc Flash Study, Midland Brick engaged High Energy Service to conduct HV/LV Maintenance works at their South Guildford facility for rectification and mitigation maintenance. The scope of works encompassed earth testing, online partial discharge testing and relay setting adjustments.

Solution

Our team of technicians mobilised for over a week to complete Intrusive and Non-Intrusive maintenance tasks. During the planned maintenance works, some repair works were identified and with our extensive spares catalogue, were able to supply and install replacements during the outage. Works required a significant amount of planning to ensure operations at the site were minimally affected by the outage. High Energy were able to deliver on all planned scope, safely within the designated timeframe. .
