Maintenance
Summary-
HES have had a successful and long-term maintenance contract with FMG. Our contract covers HV.LV maintenance at all of the 5 WA based sites. Our maintenance tasks range from general electrical to high voltage and minor electrical installation works. We also complete power system studies and assist site engineering in decisions regarding upgrades and power distribution system performance issues.
Solution
The success of this relationship is largely due our strong customer focus. We aim to have an honest, transparent relationship filled with direct and open communication. Our Project Manager, Alan Peet, is FMG’s direct point of contact to our office. HES is proud to have recently extended our contract with FMG and this is proof of our commitment and strong relationship with the company.
