HV Technician - Perth Metro

About the Role

Due to high growth, HES are searching for HV Technicians to join our team. This position would see the successful candidate join the HES Metro team, that provide maintenance services to the Perth and surrounding areas. 

The successful candidate will;

• Have experience in the HV Industry
• Have a Safety and Compliance Focus
• Be a team player that is always willing to help and mentor others.

The successful Candidate should also have experience in some of the following areas;

• HV & LV Switchgear and Circuit Breaker maintenance and testing
• HV Cable Testing
• HV Switching & writing HV Switching programs
• Transformer Testing
• Protection Relay / Protection Scheme Testing
• Earth System Testing
• Offline Partial Discharge Testing- Cables, Switchgear, Rotating Machines and Transformers

Due to the nature of our business, the point of hire is required to be based in Perth & Surrounding Areas.

This role is classified as a Metro position with occasional site posts as required.

• Ability to interpret drawings and complete fault-finding activities.
