About the Role

HES is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our Resources Team.

This role involves supervising HV Electricians, Engineers and Apprentices predominantly performing shutdown works on mine sites in the Pilbara. The working roster is flexible, enabling you to take control of your workload.

As an Electrical Supervisor the requirements are:

  • Strong commitment to Safety & Compliance
  • Strong Leadership & People Management Skills
  • Extensive experience with work planning and scheduling
  • Strong communication skills

    Skills and Experience

    • Safety, Quality and Compliance Focus
    • HV experience preferred
    • Experience in Client and Customer communications
    • Trade Qualified Electrician / WA Electrical Licence
    • Schedule 26 preferred
    • Unrestricted WA Drivers Licence
    • Commissioning Experience
    • Right to work in Australia
    • Strong Computer Literacy

    Due to the nature of our business, the point of hire is required to be based in Perth & Surrounding Areas.

    This role is classified as a FIFO position with occasional Metro or Workshop posts as required.
